Q. When did it open? How does the pre-opening differ from the grand opening?
It first opened its doors for a pre-opening in July 2026, and held its grand opening (official launch) on August 21, 2026. The pre-opening was a roughly two-month preview window ahead of the official launch — a chance to see the robot shows and Physical AI experiences early. Every advance ticket sold out, and 20,000 visitors came through before the official opening.
The grand opening added 17 new robots and a new interactive program in which visitors control the robots and engage with them directly, and brought the entire 16,500 m² (5,000 pyeong) site, food and beverage venues included, into full operation.

The centerpiece is the 'K-pop Robot Arena.' Humanoid robots trained on real idol choreography perform group routines set to K-pop. Q. How can a robot dance like an idol?
Humanoid robots learn real idol choreography from data and reproduce the group routines just as human dancers would. Learning human movement as data and expressing it through a robot's body — this is a signature application of Physical AI.
